Valentine Market
Our Valentine's Market was a huge success! Thank you for all your support and help. Most students made a profit and were able to donate 10% to Water for South Sudan.
Overall, the Grade Six class brought in almost $2,500. After costs, this was a profit of about $1,800, so our donations are sitting around $200.
The students are generally feeling very good about their profit, and will be bringing home their money today.
There are many markets popping up in Salmon Arm over the next few months for anyone who is interested in continuing their small business venture.
There will be a Mother's Day Fair at SMS May 9th, and they are currently looking for vendors. Tables are $35, and perhaps a few students may want to share one table.
The Salmon Arm Farmer's Market will also be releasing vendor information for this next season sometime in February.
